Why get screened:
- Pain or discomfort in the groin or abdomen
- Bulge or swelling in the pubic area
- Burning or aching sensation at the hernia site
- Feeling of heaviness or weakness in the groin
- Severe pain, nausea, or vomiting
What to Expect:
- A brief hernia education overview will kick off your session, followed by the screening. Please note that attending the education session is mandatory for the screening.
- Complimentary hernia exam with a Northwest Healthcare licensed provider
- On-site scheduling for surgical consults if needed
- Opportunity to "test drive" the surgical robot used for hernia surgeries
- Light refreshments will be provided.
