Allow the tender seeds of your intention to take root in our New Moon Harp Nidra, a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra guided meditation focused on balance and harmony for Libra season, accompanied by a harmonious live harp sound bath to nourish the nervous system and open a path for intuition and clarity to flow into this next lunar cycle.
No experience needed—just come as you are. We offer yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, chairs, and eye pillows to provide a nourishing and supportive experience. We'd love for you to join us for this season of balance, gratitude, and transformation.
