Licensed Certified General Appraiser in Arizona since 1998. Over the years I have completed thousands of appraisal assignments in all corners of the state for all types of properties, both residential and commercial.

My work is focused primarily in the arena of residential properties in all range of condition, quality, and price range. This includes site built and manufactured homes, small residential income properties, townhomes, condominiums, as well as new or proposed custom homes.

Aside from traditional appraisals for lender financing my expertise includes estate valuations, litigation support and expert witness testimony in divorce proceedings, expert witness testimony in Federal Bankruptcy Court, commercial property appraisals.
