Dr. Seth Peterson founded The Motive Physical Therapy Specialists with the goal of offering a better physical therapy experience. After working in Oro Valley for several years, Dr. Peterson fell in love with the community, and decided to open a locally owned company that could offer a better choice.

Dr. Peterson is committed to excellence in clinical care. He is one of fewer than 1% of physical therapists to have completed both residency and fellowship training, where he has had the opportunity to train under national experts in the fields of orthopedic physical therapy and spine management. He is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, and is Tucson’s premier spinal physical therapy specialist.
